Welcome to Playa Backyardo, 2.0!

This newly renovated beautiful space boasts a fountain, bar stools inside the pool, a shallow and deep end, with a steamy spa area that can be warmed up for amazing relaxation! Your reservation comes with your very own private restroom and changeroom, a gas BBQ amenity, and your very own temperature controlled bunkie, which is super for all season enjoyment! Pool and Spa saftey: all guests that are inside of the fenced pool area that need a floatie or lifejacket to swim must have one on in the pool area. Parking and Entry: entry is through the side gate, and driveway parking is available for 4 vehicles. The driveway is for parking only: please use the back yard area for a smoking area. House Rules: Smoking is allowed; please no smoking inside the outbuildings. All cigarette butts are to be contained and then safely disposed of. Alcohol: Please minimize glass around the pool and spa area. Alcohol is allowed- but drunken and dangerous behavior will not be tolerated, and the guest will be asked to leave, or the entire party will end. Don't be a drunk party pooper! "We don't want to leave yet!" Time extensions can be processed for your gathering: if needed, we may be able adjust your reservation. Sorry, no free extensions. Floaties: we do not supply floaties; please feel free to bring your own for use. Music: a small Bluetooth speaker is allowed in the pool area. No kareoke microphones, large speakers, or DJs are allowed. No exceptions. We are very conscious of our neighbors: if we can hear the music inside the homes surrounding us or can't hear each other, it is too loud. Any bylaw fines incurred during rental are the responsibility of the guests and will be charged following the event. Party Crashers: yes, they happen! If your party becomes larger than the original reservation, your party will be charged for the extra guests. No exceptions. Extra guests become your responsibility. Thank you for following our rules!
