Grill

Green Egg can be used for a fee of $10 to cover the hardwood charcoal briquettes. I also have a propane and pellet fueled Pit Boss. *paper towels, disposable foil pans, and barbecue tools are provided.

Pool Toys

I have rafts, noodles, dive rings, beach balls, and best of all: 2 huge LED lit flamingos you can sit on, and 12 light up/color changing 16” balls. These make for amazing nighttime photos.

WiFi

WiFi instructions are on the table on pool patio. Once on my WiFi, you can play your favorite music through my Sonos speakers after downloading the free Sonos app from the App Store.

Garage Rerigerator and Freezer space

I have a refrigerator and a freezer in my garage next to the pool available for food or drink storage.

Swim every weekday for up to two hours for a flat monthly rate of $250. Number of guests and maximum hours per swim session are negotiable.
