We have a nice gas grill so you can cook a meal for you and your family & friends ( Premium amenity please make sure to add). This is a modern brand new backyard with a saltwater pool system. Our picturesque backyard was created to make you feel the resort experience. It is the perfect location for guests of all ages to enjoy. HOUSE RULES - Please be respectful of our property and treat it as if it were your own home. - Adult supervision is required at all times while children are in the pool. No lifeguards on duty. - No lingering/loitering in the front of the house during your gathering. - Coolers must be emptied and left clean. - Please ensure to clean up after yourself and your guests. Additional cleaning fee may apply. - No firearms or weapons of any type or style allowed on our property. - No glass bottles by the pool
