This backyard is perfect for get-togethers with family and friends. The heated pool is sanitized with ozone and salt, making it clean and gentle—no harsh chlorine smell or burning eyes. The water is kept at a comfortable 83°F. Surrounded by mature trees, the space is private yet sunny, with patio heaters and a variety of seating options for your comfort. Enjoy a private cabana for relaxing or getting changed, plus a video game station for added fun. The pool area features a diving board, floaties, water guns, and Bluetooth speakers. After swimming, gather around the fire pit to warm up and unwind. A second-floor deck offers great views of the yard, while the outdoor kitchen, dining area, and fridge are all available for your use. Whether you're hosting a party or simply hanging out, this backyard has everything you need. Pets are welcome in the yard—but not in the pool. Note: A “guest” refers to any person present in the backyard—not just those swimming. We've had bookings for 1–5 swimmers, but then 30 people arrive, with the explanation that only a few kids are swimming. All individuals on the property are considered guests.
