About the pool

This backyard is the perfect oasis year-round with a pool, large grassy area and privacy from neighbors. We have a large yard for outdoor games, dogs or just running around with kids. We have several couches, small swing and a large daybed all next to the pool. Very secluded yard in a quiet neighborhood. This place is perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, barbecues, family gatherings, dance parties, filming and more. The outdoor capacity is 80 guests with ample room for a bar, caterers, tables and chairs. The backyard is large and versatile! You are welcome to move things around to accommodate your event. There is shade all day under the trees and umbrellas. There is seating provided throughout the backyard for over 35+ guests. 👋 We are available for in-person scouts, just inquire! 🎶 DJ/Outdoor music is permitted, until 12AM! *PLEASE SEND OVER DETAILS & INFO ON THE TYPE OF EVENT WHEN REQUESTING TO BOOK*

Please note, this is a backyard/pool rental. There is access to a private bathroom/changing room from the backyard. Guests are not be permitted in the home except for the bathroom. Please let us know if you need to use the fridge/freezer, we can accommodate. No glass allowed at pool. Please have your drinks in cans or plastic. Minimum booking 4 hours We love your dogs!... but only "NON-SHEDDING DOGS" will be allowed in pool. No confetti please!
