About the pool

Relax & celebrate under a canopy of trees in our heated pool, set as an private oasis. Luna's Landing is ideal for b'days, reunions, girls' night out, special events, video shoots, family, friends & date nights under the stars. Fri thru Sun afternoon, generally the max is 25 guests (up to 35 with studio lounge.) Sunday after 7 and Mon-Thur nites the max is 20 guests. Please inquire if you don't see your preferred date & time! Just ask! Consider these Premium Amenities at extra fees: 1) Pool is a comfortable 70-72, but can be heated to 80 or higher! 2) Studio lounge for larger parties & special events. 3) Poolside campfire firepit! 4) Date night 'til midnight for up 4 guests! 5) Overnight AirBnb-style lodging for 2 guests. ALWAYS - This is a very private & a safe space setting. Relax, you're at Luna's Landing.

Bathroom inside

Bathroom inside the studio, adjacent to the pool. Before entering must dry off & remove shoes. Please keep it tidy for the next person! (P.S. Bathroom is free, yet the entire studio may be rented as Lounge for a fee.)

DEET-free bug spray

DEET-free, natural bug spray is provided. DEET is a carcinogen that we do NOT want in our pool or nearby organic garden.

Check-in & wristbands

During check in, each guest must read our pool rules, sign in, and then receives and wears our wristband. All guests must wear wrist band.

Pre-Party Walk-Through

Available when you have 20 or more guests for your party. Arrange the walkthru via chat after confirming your reservation.

Extra SetUp/CleanUp Time

Need setup time before your other guests arrive? Or need post-party cleanup time? Can split an hour like 30mins pre-SetUp + 30mins post- cleanup time = 1hr for $80. Note: Extra time is NOT swim time.

From 7pm to as late as midnight, the pool & forest are yours. Bring your own food & drink... to a table & fireside ambience we'll set. Crickets, frogs & owls are your music. Customize this to you! (Hint... Could also stay overnight. See that amenity, too.)

Overnight stay - Max of 2

When the party is over & other guests depart, 2 can stay overnight. No need to rush out. King bed, 62" TV, shower, fridge, microwave & pool. "AirBnb-like" stay is 2 guests, 1 night, 11am checkout. Unique romantic amenity is ideal after a Friday or Saturday evening pool party. Just Imagine!

Studio Lounge

Use entire Studio as a lounge with 62" TV, fridge, etc. This VIP Lounge upgrade provides full chillax use of studio during your pool party. Must be "dry" inside! $200. Lounge is optional for any party, whereas its REQUIRED for more than 25 guests.
