(Guest count of 40 maybe 50 max depending on the event Is firm and I will not approve more than that in the space ) *Parties to include Family/Friend gathering are ok ( no club promoters, people renting the space to up charge and gain a profit from strangers will *not be approved) *Please Respect the space; keeping music to a decent noise level *No DJ's sorry.. *Alcohol and Legal Substances (420 Friendly)are allowed *No bottles or 🎈's near or in the pool please. Please please cancel reservations 24 hours prior to reservation if weather or some sort of incident has happened or 50% of payment will be kept. *Lastly if you ask me something that clearly doesn’t align with my Profile or rules in place I will not respond as were just wasting each-other’s time at that point🙏🏾 apologies in advance..
