Hot Tub

The Hot Tub is connected to the pool and defaults at the pool temperature. When requested, we can heat up and maintain the Hot Tub at the desired temperature you wish. The Hot Tub uses Propane and a fee is needed to keep that hot. Normally, the Hot Tub is set to 100F, pls message me to change.

Grill

Dual BBQ's (Large grills), Food Warmer to store food and keep warm and a single grill Pot cooktop. We have basic utensils in the drawers, and you may want to bring additional supplies that you typically use for your favorite grilling experiences.

Wifi

WIFI 6 Guest with high speed internet. Wifi Code will be provided and is available in the Kitchen area.

Shower

Single RAIN Shower with hand wand. Comes with Shampoo/Conditioner and Body Wash. It is an isolated room with a lock on the top of the door. It is a heated shower so it is nice to take a warm shower after a cool swim!

Fire Pit

Round Fire Pit with Seating for 10. We will light it up when you feel you are ready for it. The fire pit is hot and will burn a little child if they get too close. Pls excercise caution.

Speakers

14 Speaker System with Subwoofer. Maximum sound is reduced to avoid disrupting neighbors

Pool Toys

Noodles, floating Items, blow up lounge floats and donuts.

Heated

Pool Heating during the summer is usually never needed. The pool Temperature maintains above 78F. in the summer, it will be around 84 on average. if you wish to heat the pool, pls let us know but he operating cost of that is hourly.
