Hot Tub

We typically set the temperature between 100 and 102 degrees Fahrenheit. DO NOT ENTER if Temperature is over 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Please enter and exit the hot tub slowly. No diving or jumping in the hot tub. Elderly and pregnant guest should consult their doctor prior to use. Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness should consult with the doctor prior to entering the hot tub. Children must be supervised by an adult. Limit your soak to 15 minutes and then cool off before re-entry. * Strict Alcohol Ban: No alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the hot tub due to severe dehydration and health safety risks. Enjoy at your own risk.

Heated Pool

Must have 24 hour notice in order to have enough time for the pool to be properly heated. Bookings for the heated pool must be a minimum of 3 hours, otherwise, it is not cost effective enough for the expense of heating the entire pool. Our hot tub is large enough to accommodate 12 people (with a "deep end" of the hot tub being 5ft) and is actually considered a "mini pool". Please consider this option instead, for a fall/winter dip.

Fire Pit

We will have the firepit already lit upon arrival. Please do not touch the control panel or gas key. Please do not allow guests to play with or throw the glass decorative pieces. Enjoy at your own risk.

Pool Toys

Toys are provided as a courtesy, if they are broken when you arrive, you can thank the previous renters, if they continue to be mistreated and broken, I will not continue to replace them. Unfortunately the lack of respect for our personal property is astounding and I dont have time to run out and constantly buy more toys in between rentals.

Arrive for your swim and be greeted with a stocked refrigerator of waters, kids drinks and even popsicles in the freezer. Enjoy a variety of chips, cookies and other seasonal snacks for up to 5 people.

Grillin' Goodies

Everything you need to grill your own burgers and hotdogs for a party of 5! Included is the use of the grill and utensils, meat, buns, cheese and a few condiments as well as pickles. We are also happy to provide paper plates and napkins upon request. See snack basket for drinks, chips and additional treats to accompany your meal.
