About the pool

Huge 2 lot property! 1 whole lot and 1/4 of another dedicated to our massive 8,000 sq ft private backyard. The 18 x 30 pool has a big sun deck. We have 4,000 sq ft of shade under an oak tree! Large pool cabana & picnic tables! Private Ac room & bathroom! Parking for food trucks or caterer.

Pool Cabana

Our two car garage was converted into a pool cabana with full power, fans, charging stations for phones, giant connect four, giant jenga, 2 cornhole sets, and bocce set!

We have free 1 gb internet and 2 extenders in the Pool Garden area to assure a fast connection.

Sonos amp and polk audio outdoor speakers in pool area

No outside DJ’s or other music, must use our outdoor speaker system. Please be respectful to our neighbors, no glass at all in backyard please prepare accordingly. Absolutely no candles, glitter, confetti,piñatas, slip and slides, or fun jumps. We ask that you try to stay on stepping stones as much as possible so grass can stay green for the next guest.
