NEW THIS YEAR 2024: We have added a 16x16 Trex Deck off the back of the pool, and a BRAND NEW MASTER SPA HOT TUB, it can fit up to 6 adults, with lights and waterfall!!!! ( NEW Pictures coming soon!) Above ground pool (4’ deep) with wrap around deck. Pool toys & floats are included ! If you want to bring your own, we provide an electric air pump for your convenience ! Plenty of shaded area, sunny spots & plenty of seating for all! We have a 20x16 patio with eating area! A shaded picnic area on the grass with grill & two lounge chairs! Behind the pool are two swing sets with a total of 3 slides, trapeze bar, monkey bars, rock climbing wall & log cabin playhouse. Adult size jenga, can jam, cornhole, basketball pong, ladder golf & a set of waterproof playing cards for extra fun! Use our bluetooth speaker or bring your own! Acknowledgment of Risk: The Renter acknowledges that the use of the hot tub and/or swimming pool (collectively, “Facilities”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death, and agrees to use the Facilities at their own risk. 2. Assumption of Responsibility: The Renter agrees to be fully responsible for any and all injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to any person or property as a result of their use, or their guests’ or invitees’ use, of the Facilities. 3. Children and Supervision: The Renter agrees that children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the Facilities. No lifeguard is provided. 4.
