Southwood Serenity

Backyard patio with a heated salt water pool. Pool temperature is around 85 degrees. Most likely will not need the heater. As added safety, the pool has a retractable cover that can be closed when not swimming. There is a Sonos system to listen to music. No external speakers allowed due to potential noise disruption to neighbors from excessive bass. Sonos speaker system- We have Spotify, Pandora, SiriusXM, and Amazon Music. Thank you for your cooperation. There is an outdoor refrigerator if you'd like to bring lunch and drinks and a barbecue grill, if you'd like to grill. There are six chaise lounge chairs, eight seats around a dining table, a love seat, coffee table, and two cushioned seats. There is NO lifeguard on duty. Our hope is for our guests to have an enjoyable time with their friends or family. Please be respectful of our yard and our neighbors. Guests are expected to clean up after use and trash bins and bags will be provided by the host. Portable bathroom and changing area is available.
