We have a Bluetooth speaker outside that can be used.

Grill

We have a BBQ Grill you are able to use near the Outside Kitchen/Bar area.

Playground

We have several play areas for kids: 1 Large sandbox with Play Kitchen, Large Play Structure, Trikes and Little Tikes Riding Toys. 1 Twirly Slide with Homemade Kid’s Clubhouse 2 Adult Swings and for children also. Sidewalks all around the 1/2 Acre backyard.

Children can use the riding toys we have available.

Trampoline

Our trampoline is very used and although in good enough shape to bounce on, it’s not the prettiest. Everyone jumps at their own risk. Our grandchildren love the trampoline.

Pool Toys

We will have a couple of floating toys but please also feel free to bring your own :))

1 - 3 level Play Structure with 2 Slides

The Play Structure has a small climbing wall, a hanging round swing, a climbing tire section, an old fashioned sound-travel telephone, steering wheel ad play kitchen. This play structure is in the large sandbox.

1 Covered Cabana

Inside the Cabana are 3 Ceilng Fans with Lights, electrical outlets for charging phones, 1 extra plastic table, a sink and also the location of the pool side bathroom.
