Only 45 mins away from San Francisco! A day in the warm sun is always a day worth celebrating, especially when you can take a dip in an amazingly warm pool. The property is only 3 miles from downtown petaluma and our family warmly invites any responsible, fun loving people to enjoy the property.

Heated Pool

The pool will generally hover around 80 to 85 degrees from May to September. Since it’s an enormous pool. If you would like us to heat it to 85 to 90 degrees it generally takes at least 24 hours to get the temp up. You will only be charged for heating during the rental period.

Enjoy our built in hot tub, just let us know what temperature you would like so that it’s ready for your arrival. Max temp for safety reasons will be 104 degrees.
