About the pool

Come cool off in our 27 ft round, 52-inch deep above-ground pool — the water’s clean, refreshing, and well-maintained, so all you have to do is dive in (at your own risk, of course). The attached 20’ x 10’ deck is great for soaking up the sun or perfecting your cannonball form.

Tucked behind our securely locked and alarmed home, and bordered by a dense wooded area, this private backyard oasis offers a peaceful break from the heat — no neighbors peeking, just birds chirping.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool, pool deck, spacious front & back lawns, and even explore the woods behind the property (again, at your own risk — tick spray encouraged). **One small but important note: the porch attached to the house is off-limits.** We love having guests, but not *that* close.

Firepit, outdoor grill, and WiFi are all available for an additional fee — just bring your own firewood (ours is retired from active duty).

Whether you're here to relax, splash, or just enjoy a quiet escape, we’re happy to share the space — please treat it with care. 😄

If you are having a party be mindful of the neighbors. If you smoke put your butts in the fire pit or garbage. NOT ON THE LAWN or WOODS! If you bring food or alcohol be responsible. Clean up after yourself. There is a garbage can and recycling bin at the top of the driveway. If you bring a pet you must clean up after them. NO FECES ON THE LAWN! NO PETS IN THE POOL! You’re welcome to use any outdoor furniture. The decks attached to the house are under repair and off limits.
