Pool Toys

Your welcome to bring your own pool toys. Remember to take your toys with you. If using the toys on the property, please return them back to their original location prior to the end of your reservation

Grill

Please bring your grilling equipment & supplies. It is a charcoal grill. Please ensure fire is out & clean the grill after using it .  ***Do Not use the Pit Boss smoker***

Playground

Enjoy swinging on the swings. It’s a polished wood seat please watch small children while they are swinging to prevent slipping or swinging too high. Please keep sand in the play area only. Place sand toys back in toy storage when done .

Sandy Beach area

Please keep the beach sand in the sand area. ** please note that the sand is very fine and on windy days will blow **

Pool Table & kitchen (Indoors) M-F 8am to 1pm only *No shoes allowed*

*** Absolutely No children (under 12) are allowed to play / use the pool table or the associated equipment *** Please be kind to the carpet (removing your shoes prior to entering the house and watch your drinks for any accidental spills). *For kitchen use please bring your own kitchenware and please clean up 15 minutes prior to the end of your reservations. 🤗 Thank you in advance!
