About the pool

Experience a one-of-a-kind retreat featuring a 20 x 40 mid-century pool complete with a built-in lounging bench and a striking 2,500 sq. ft. turquoise wrought-iron carport.

Beneath the spacious carport, you’ll find a dining table that seats 6-8, both a charcoal and propane Weber grill, a ping pong table, four cooling fans, an Amazon Echo for your favorite tunes, and a cozy couch seating area perfect for relaxing.

The pool area offers an iron dining table with four chairs, an umbrella, a sun sail for extra shade, and four tanning loungers. The beautifully landscaped surroundings attract vibrant birds and butterflies, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere.

This is the perfect spot for a small, unique gathering with an authentic 1950s vibe. If you’re planning a special event, please let us know—we’re happy to help coordinate and make it an unforgettable day. We also have additional tables, chairs, and fun décor available upon request.

It has a huge paved carport that is handicap accessible. There is about a 3 inch lip to get into the fenced pool area. I'm not sure I would say it's completely ADA compliant but much better than most.
