**BOOKING NOTICE:** Reservations extending beyond 1:00 p.m. are reserved for groups of 11 or more. Reservations starting at 1:00 p.m. or later require a minimum 4-hour booking.

Escape to your own private backyard retreat! Enjoy a fully fenced-in pool area featuring an 8-foot deep end, diving board, and multiple seating areas for relaxing, socializing, or celebrating with family and friends.

Optional amenities include a designated bounce-house setup area, host-provided barbecue gas grill access, and access to a comfortable dry-area den for eligible all-adult bookings.

For safety and property protection, outside BBQ grills, cookers, smokers, or other cooking equipment are not permitted. Guests who wish to grill may add the host-provided barbecue gas grill amenity through the Swimply app.

This space is perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, small celebrations, friend get-togethers, or a relaxing day by the pool.

Wristbands may be required for larger groups and will be provided by the host. All guests are expected to wear their wristbands while on the private property.

**Guest Reminders:** Your reserved time includes swimming, gathering belongings, drying off, changing, cleaning up, and fully vacating the pool area. Please dispose of all trash and make sure your entire group has exited the property by the scheduled end of the booking.
