Your own Caribbean Resort!

Treat your family, friends, or team to a resort-style backyard getaway! We welcome everyone! Our space is inclusive and LGBTQIA+ friendly. Whether you’re celebrating, unwinding, or just soaking up the sun, our goal is simple: relax, have fun, and feel at home. Our private backyard oasis spans four city lots in the beautiful Botanical Heights Neighborhood, just minutes from the Missouri Botanical Garden and The Grove. Enjoy a relaxing day by the pool with all the comforts of a luxury retreat: • A pool house featuring a bar, bar stools, TV, full-size fridge, speaker system, and a private full bathroom • Seating for 30 guests throughout the yard • A hi-top table inside the pool with in-water seating • Bench seating along the pool’s interior perimeter—perfect for staying cool while you socialize • Heated pool option available for an additional fee Please note: To maintain a peaceful vibe for our wonderful neighbors, we do not allow DJs, hookahs, or loud music. You must be 30 or older to rent our space. We will check ID's at check-in. Primary guest needs to arrive first. We do not let anyone on the property until primary guest arrives. Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated areas. We allow the primary guest to arrive up to 10 minutes before their scheduled reservation time so we can review the rules and show you around the backyard. If you need additional time for setup or decorating, that time must be added to your original reservation time and will need to be paid, as we are only able to allow the 10-minute early arrival window. We look forward to hosting you! – Adam & John
