Welcome to "Under the Sea" Paradise. We are known for throwing the best pool/foam parties in town. We literally have everything you could want for a perfect getaway experience. Come unwind and relax alone, invite a special guest out for an evening swim, or celebrate big with family and friends for a day of fun, food, and games. Enjoy complete privacy in the fully furnished gazebo. (Great for podcast). Complimentary cooler, table & chairs. Huge crystal clear pool and enormous yard space perfect for special gatherings, meetings, classes, pop-ups, and more. Resort style LED night scenery. Complimentary drinks & snacks for large groups of 21 +.

Time start and end immediately at agreement time. No yelling, arguing, or fighting. Parents must keep a close eye on kids. We have very good neighbors, so let's keep them happy. Dj must play on a low, respectful level. Extra guests are not allowed. They must be added to our online agreement. Use your first 30 mins to set up and final 30 minutes to wrap up. If you need more time, you must go online to add more. Now let's have some fun!
