Enjoy a beautiful pool complete with a fountain, in-water bar stools, and shallow and deep areas. Unwind in the steamy spa amenity, heated for the ultimate relaxation experience. Are you ready for 85F? We are!! The space also offers a private restroom with FLUSHING toilet and sink, WET BAR with access to 2 bar fridges, your very own private changeroom, a gas BBQ amenity, and a temperature-controlled Bunkie, equipped with a couch, television—perfect for year-round enjoyment. Pool Safety: all guests who require a floatation device or life jacket must wear it at all times within the pool area, including on the surrounding stone deck. Parking & Entry: entry is through the side gate. Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Smoking is permitted outdoors and in the back yard only. NO smoking is allowed inside any outbuildings, and please ensure all cigarette butts are disposed of in designated containers. Alcohol is permitted in moderation; however, unsafe or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave, and in some cases, the event may be ended. Let’s keep things fun—for everyone. Floaties are available for rent upon request. Music: A small Bluetooth speaker is allowed. NO large speakers, karaoke equipment, or DJs are permitted—no exceptions. Please be mindful of noise levels to respect our neighbours. If music can be heard inside nearby homes or guests need to raise their voices to be heard, it is too loud. Any bylaw fines incurred will be the responsibility of the booking party. Guest Count / Party Crashers: all guests must be included in your reservation. Additional attendees will be charged accordingly and become the responsibility of the booking party.
