About the pool

NIce 30 by 14 rectangular pool with a 5 1/2 foot deep end as well as a 7 by 14 foot tanning bed. Stamped concrete and patio areas surrounding the pool with 4 lounge chairs and 3 table sets with 4, 4, and 6 chairs each Additionally, there is an outdoor furniture area that seats approximately 6. In the spring/fall, we use the pool heat pump to maintain a temperature around 80 to 84 degrees. In the summer, we do not run the heat pump.

ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IN OR NEAR THE POOL! Now, a few other things... 1. Please dry yourself before entering the residence to use the restroom. 2. Please keep any music "neighbor" friendly. 3.
