About the pool

Paradise awaits you on this wooded hilltop. Dive into luxury with our breathtaking swimming pool, complete with a pool house, and a captivating grotto with waterfall. Unwind, relax, and indulge in sheer bliss minutes from downtown York. Enjoy 23 acres of privacy in a wooded atmosphere. All types of pool parties are welcome including birthday celebrations, swim lessons, family swims, photo shoots and more! . LOOKING TO KEEP THE POOL OPEN THROUGHOUT SEPTEMBER It will still be hot as we know from previous years. If not, I have a propane heating system to keep the water warm. (I am still figuring out heating rates)

Possibility for College and NFL games in the pool house. There is room for possible night games watching from inner tubes upon a inflatable projection TV screen.
