The booking guest must be at least **30 years old**. We have a **zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking.** Perfect for children’s birthdays, school’s out parties, graduations, family gatherings, family swims, anniversaries, and private romantic evenings. 🍷 **Alcohol & Substance Policy** Beer, wine, seltzers, and champagne are permitted for guests of legal drinking age. 🚫 No hard liquor, mixed drinks, shots, drinking games, excessive alcohol consumption, marijuana, cannabis, THC products, illegal drugs, or recreational drug use of any kind. 👥 **Group Size & Event Policy** We can accommodate up to **25 guests** for approved family-centered events, children’s parties, and supervised youth celebrations. Adult-only gatherings are limited to **20 guests** unless approved in advance by the host. All bookings must accurately describe the event type, guest count, and general age range of attendees. Misrepresentation may result in cancellation or termination without refund.
