Outdoor

Located in the Bradford side of Haverhill with quick access to exit 495 and on the Merrimac River. The pool is fenced in and pet friendly. There is a mandatory pet cleaning fee if you do decide to invite your pets. The site is ideal for larger venues and there is enough tables and chairs to accommodate over 30 people comfortably. There are kayaks and a paddle boat available to rent as well as a bouncy house. There is plenty of privacy in the yard and 420 friendly.

Hi, I have owned this property since 1995. The pool is very private and the yard is on the Merrimac with a private dock.

Additional rules

Unfortunately I have to charge a mandatory cleaning fee for pet owners since the dog hair in the pool is really hard to clean. Please let me know in advance if you are bringing a pet. Also please leave the place the way you found it. It is best instead of coming down the driveway to enter the yard on the opposite side since it is easier to access the pool. Please park in the driveway and enter the pool area from there. Thanks,
