Pool will be heated to 86 degrees for your arrival, a hot tub is attached that can be turned on separately!

Hot tub is a portion of the pool that can be separately heated to your desired level!

Party Supplies

We can provide two banquet tables with yellow tablecloths, 10 re-usable plastic cups (more disposable plastic cups if needed), paper plates, cooler for cold drinks, and napkins. We also have two glass dispensers for to supply beverages of your choice.

Grill

The grill space comes with a medium size weber grill with basic utensils for grilling. This includes a banquet table with table cloth for serving.

Towels

We can provide up to six clean pool towels! These will be made available in a basket poolside.

Shower

There is an indoor shower that is available in the guest bathroom. This bathroom is fully private and part of the in-law unit so it will not be shared during your visit. Feel free to use the guest room and bathroom as a changing area as well.

Wifi is included and will be provided

Fire Pit

There is a large fire pit available. This fee covers setting up the fire so its ready for you to light, as well as a supply of firewood. We also have a second smaller fire pit that you are welcome to use, but you will need to build the fire in that.
