About the pool

Tables and chairs included. Parties are allowed. Please keep the music volume down after 9 pm.

Please do not arrive early or leave late unless I had previously approved it by message. Time is our most valuable asset. If you leave late, I might not have enough time to clean for the next guest.

There is a room available for you and your guests. Cooking is not allowed as the breakers might go off, and I am not always there to restore them.

Garlands or any balloon decorations are welcome, but please do not pop them as balloon pieces might fall into the pool. You are welcome to leave it, and I will donate it or dispose of it.

Water balloons, bracelets, jewelry, drink, or food are not allowed inside the pool.

If trash, food, or any other objects are found inside the pool, there will be a $50 charge for pool maintenance.

Please do not pick up the tables and chairs, since I might need them for the next party.

Please do not run around the pool. Children and people under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
