About the pool
Stylish new pool + hot tub + palm trees 🌴
Whether you’re planning your birthday party or just want a quiet relaxing time, we provide a fun, elegant space.
We have a pergola beside the pool for shade. There are plenty of places to sit and lounge with umbrellas. We provide a large round table and a picnic table. There is also a poolside bar! Backyard is fully fenced. We love our backyard and think you’ll love it too.
Restroom is located off to the side in the front driveway. There is also a changing tent at the back of the backyard.

1. NO GLASS allowed. Please do not bring any glass beer, wine, or soda bottles at all to the premises. Otherwise, feel free to bring whatever food and drinks you want!
2. Roof access is off limits.
3. No DJ equipment or large speakers. Keep volume at a respectful level for our neighbors.
4. Please no leaving cars sticking out of the driveway into the street, in middle of street at the dead end, or blocking neighbors driveways. Please tell your guests this.
