Perfect for filming - we've hosted many productions here along with events. Dramatic entry with accented staircase, marble floors, formal living room, formal room with pool table. Large open kitchen with center island, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. This is an ideal space for: • Photo Shoots • Music Shoots • Film Shoots The backyard boasts a pool and hot tub and overlooks the Hollywood Hills with a view of the Hollywood sign! We can negotiate a bedroom for an additional charge for crew, but usually the bedrooms are not included. We are unable to host late night parties as this time.
