It truly is a beautiful Oasis. Private and fresh. Great view up and down canyon with full privacy! Dual sided fireplace give you two cozy areas. Another has a firepit on the upper patio. All spaces witness the spectacular canyon view. Pool and spa lit at night, strung lights under pergola and above ping pong table. Soft lighting in bar area. Alexa device for info and music in bar. Bluetooth speaker available or bring your own. Bring in your own food or caterer. PLENTY of space for larger group, dog friendly and safe. Full-size refrigerator, built-in cooler on top of island, large spa, shower, pool, & bathroom are tip top. I always have cutting boards, placemats and a knife available for you if you like. The view is amazing and relaxing. Also, Extras to add at your choosing, like corn-hole, ping-pong, extra towels, grill & fireplace. Please clean up after your event and put any full trash bags in the gray bin in the driveway. Please keep greasy items off of concrete counters, fireplace and bar platform since these do stain. Great location for a special occasion, work event, yoga class, water aerobics, child or adult** birthday, family gathering, rehearsal dinner or even a small wedding. "wild parties" not welcome. Dog OK but not in pool unless NON-shedding, (please confirm tame dog and non-shedding if they like to swim). **YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES. The $35 ($45 for 20+ parties) mandatory setup fee is to clean bathroom before you arrive, wipe down all backyard surfaces/sanitize + set up seating area cushions/pool toys/pool & remove/store furniture covers/wipe down refrigerator. This is a large space, so this small fee covers a lot, but DOES NOT cover cleaning up after your visit.**
