Welcome to Casa Del Sol 🌞 by 503DTLA! This luxurious Hollywood Hills mansion is the perfect location for your next event! Whether you're basking in an abundance of natural light or enjoying the breathtaking, wall-to-wall views of the San Fernando Valley, you are sure to find everything that you'll need to make your event one to remember.
The property features over 5700sqft of interior space to enjoy so you won't ever feel cramped. There are also 4 different balconies where you can take in all of the amazing views that this luxury estate has to offer. The conversation pit is also a crowd favorite due to its unique, grand aesthetic.
- VERY IMPORTANT -
The mansion has 3 parking spaces available for event hosts and setup. We DO NOT have any parking spaces available for guests. Guests MAY NOT park anywhere in the neighborhood. If it is discovered that any guests choose to park anywhere in the neighborhood, then the event will be immediately cancelled. All guests must either Uber to the mansion or the host must provide a shuttle service from the parking lot at the bottom of the hill. We are happy to shuttle your guests to the house if you purchase the "Shuttle Service" add-on.
There is a city-wide noise ordinance that begins at 9:00PM. All doors and windows must be closed at that time and the music level must be lowered in order to keep noise below the legal limit. Any disturbances noted by neighbors will result in the event being immediately cancelled.
All guests must stay inside the property at all times. Guests may not congregate in front of the house as this may disturb our neighbors. If any guests choose to wander around the neighborhood then the event will be immediately cancelled.
