Beautiful west side home with mountain views from all sides as well beautiful city views at night. Come cool off day or night in our 8 foot deep pool that has a diving board and a slide. You will also find a sitting bench and a lounge chair as well as a 10 foot cantilever umbrella for shade. In the evenings you can view the city lights or star gaze. The property is surrounded by a wash and natural desert vegetation. It is not uncommon to see coyote, quail, Javelina, hawks, rabbits and numerous other creatures here in the beautiful Arizona desert. The pool is surrounded by cool decking and is fully gated. There is a large umbrella and some seating. Just outside the gate is a large paver area where you can entertain with tables and chairs and play Corn Hole or shoot some hoops in basketball. This area is also fenced. Our pool is perfect for all occasions such as birthday parties, photo shoots, exercise, physical therapy, and relaxation. Please be advised that the slide should be limited to people 175 pounds or less and one person at a time. Corn hole available to add for a fee. Also be advised the entire property is gated. Guests attempting to bring additional guests that are not paid for thru the reservation will be denied entry. Thank you for helping to follow both the hosts and Swimply’s policies.
