Your wooded oasis awaits! Nestled in the shade of beautiful poplars and white oaks, our private backyard stays pleasant all day long. This space will feel like a true escape to a remote poolside resort while the city is still just minutes away.

Our farmhouse setting is on two acres of beautifully wooded property which includes a fishing pond, direct pool access, lounge chairs, dining and grilling area, game areas, and more!

A perfect spot for your a swim day with the kiddos, unique date, party, wedding or family gathering. Our dining area seats up to 20, two bartop serving tables allow for a spread of delicious food, refreshing drinks or playful decor. When the sun goes down, cafe string lighting sets the mood with a warm glow. Tons of other extra amenities will make your day unforgettable!

You’ll be greeted by our friendly horse, Kommander and his best little donkey friend Tonks, both of whom are happy to accept treats and interaction or you can just enjoy them from a distance as portions of the pasture are viewable from the pool area!

We also host Weddings! As seen in our photos, our Wedding Package or Pond Access amenities allow you to access to the interior of the home as well as our beautiful pond to take photos, hold your ceremony or entertain your guests!

Photo/Video Shoot Site License Fee

In order to allow any commercial or promotional filming or photography of our property, a site license fee is required. If you choose not to pay the fee up front and attempt to capture any footage for commercial or promotional use during your reservation, you will be charged double on-site ($300) to be paid immediately. Refusal to pay the fee means you can still enjoy your swim reservation but no photos or filming will be allowed. Thank you for understanding!
