Inside the Raleigh Beltline, best backyard and pool EVER (at least we think so)! Featured in Walter Magazine, the backyard incorporates natural native and romantically landscaped foliage and a secluded pool oasis. Enjoy the bluestone hardscape pool deck appointed with 8 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas. Tanning deck, spa and super fun jump rock off the deep end are just some of the fun features of this spacious pool. Lush lawn space with fire pit, outdoor shower and several lounge areas lit with twinkle lights. Restroom access and indoor lounge/movie room rec space available upon request. Perfect for kids birthday parties, swim lessons, lap swimming, and adult special events like engagement parties and even weddings! Some standard rules we’d appreciate: We kindly request all guests fill out the liability waiver on Google Forms, found here: https://forms.gle/Vq4rvzEgrvowcwJEA Please leave the space as you found it. Discard of trash and recycling, you’re welcome to use our city bins as you leave. Please keep music and shouting to a minimum after 9pm to be considerate of our neighbors No solo swimming. Adults must be 25+ to rent or be accompanied by a parent. Please shower beforehand to keep the pool clean (outdoor shower provided) and no peeing in the pool (babies and toddlers not potty trained must use a swim diaper). 3 to 1 ratio of children to adults is recommended to ensure safety.
