Welcome to our Fair Oaks home! Our backyard is our pride and joy. Our yard is a great location for swimming, parties, weddings and any other small or large gathering! Our home has a large fenced in yard with lots of greenery and privacy. Lots of places to sit, sunbathe, play games etc. We love pups around here. If you want to bring a pup to swim, don't forget to add them as an amenity. $30/dog. New this year: ***A private bathroom that is right off the back patio and also an outdoor shower!*** If you are interested in having a wedding or large event at our home, please message me directly. Any alcohol must be consumed responsibly. No underage drinking allowed and no glass in the backyard please. Please use caution and good sense. Any additional guests that increase your reserved guest count will need to be added and paid for before or during the reservation. Our pool is not heated but is plenty warm during late spring and summer months. You can opt for the hot tub for $10/hour We look forward to hosting you! Message me if you have any questions!
