FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • BYOB allowed and outside food is allowed • Bluetooth speakers, karaoke machine, lights, and furniture (tables, chairs, couch) are part of the booking. • Projector, seamless paper, Yamaha sound system for DJs, and microphones are an add-on. • Space Rules: NO SMOKING, NO GLITTER, NO CONFETTI. The floor is a shared space, please be respectful and do not loiter in the hallway. While use of bathrooms is part of the booking, gathering in the hallway is not. CRITICAL NOTICE: Please account for both set-up and clean-up time when making your reservation. If you intend to host the event, say from 1pm to 5pm, kindly schedule the booking from noon to 6pm. Please plan accordingly to include ample time for set-up and wrap-up to prevent any additional overtime fees. The space is not staffed outside booking times so early arrival or storage before booking time is not available. By handpicking every single piece of furnishing and choosing to renovate the space ourselves, our intention was to infuse the space with our DNA, so that it could serve as a welcoming source of inspiration for artists and change-makers to gather, create, collaborate, and experiment. We're now excited to share it with you. Our studio is on the 4th floor of a commercial building with a convenient, spacious elevator, a 3-5 minute walk from BD & F trains, 10 min from NQRW6JZ trains, with plenty of parking options nearby.
