Our house is the only house you can see! We have many accommodations we can offer for an additional fee!! • Webber grill and black top -$50 • Large covered porch with additional seating, Outdoor television $30 per hour including Webber and black top (Min 3 hours) ** Parties larger than 15 are required to book the porch. The pool does not have enough space to accommodate 15 people safely with food and drinks. • Blue tooth speakers- JBLs - Free with request • Large acre field for yard games, $50 flat • Large parties can be considered.
