Looking for a fun escape or planning a cozy gathering “just because”? Come unwind at our charming underground pool—perfect for family time, friend hangs, or simply soaking up the sun. Kids will love the open yard just beyond the gated pool area, and for even more excitement, you can Add On trampoline time! The space comfortably accommodates up to 29 guests with ample seating between the poolside and our shaded pergola lounge. More seating available upon request—just ask in advance! Poolside seating includes: • 2 lounge chairs with umbrella • Round table with umbrella + 6 chairs • Adirondack seating for 2 adults & 3 kids with side tables Pergola lounge area: • 12-seat patio set with fire pit • 4 extra chairs for relaxing in the sun Ideal for: • Chill afternoons with friends • Family swim days • Kid-friendly celebrations • Quiet one-on-one moments Please note: Your reservation time must include any setup and post-event cleanup. If you need extra time, you can request it as an add-on (if available), and I’ll block it off for you. Pet-friendly note: Dogs are welcome in the pool, but please be mindful—there’s only a shallow-end ladder, so plan to assist your furry friend in and out.
