Pool use is available through a separate listing, with the option to add the hot tub for a flat $50 fee. Hot Tub and Swimming Pool Waiver and Release 1. Acknowledgment of Risk: The Renter acknowledges that the use of the hot tub and/or swimming pool (collectively, “Facilities”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death, and agrees to use the Facilities at their own risk. 2. Assumption of Responsibility: The Renter agrees to be fully responsible for any and all injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to any person or property as a result of their use, or their guests’ or invitees’ use, of the Facilities. 3. Children and Supervision: The Renter agrees that children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the Facilities. No lifeguard is provided. 4. Health and Safety Compliance: The Renter & their guests agree not to use the Facilities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that could impair judgment. The Renter further agrees to abide by all posted safety rules & any instructions provided by the property owner or their agents. 5.
