Awesome pool for swimming, lounging, and sunbathing. Connected gas BBQ grill. Floaties and pool toys. Sunny backyard with 4 parasols and trees for shade. Parking in driveway and free street. Restroom in the main house via pin code front door. An oasis located near easy access to Manhattan and major highways. Restaurants and market nearby. Chill families and hangouts only, please.

We are a great match for a chill couples hangout or family / friends swim session, BBQ vibing, or for a self-care "spa/reading day" break.
Parking: If you are a single car please park out front (free). If your party include more vehicles, park them in the driveway.
Entrance/exit: Please ONLY use the white driveway double gate.
Shower: Be sure to ALWAYS use BEFORE entering pool. 30 sec should do!
