Waterfront Diving Pool Oasis

I have a house pool in my waterfront backyard on a corner lot that offers a lot of serenity (I do not see nor hear you but my neighbor does hear larger groups, so now I close my pool at 9 pm to respect the neighborhood). It's perfect for families, especially those with kiddos (with adult supervision because it has the deep end). But also fun for couples, or friend groups. I prefer the large groups to book midday and not nights. My hosting experience has been great except for - a guest smoked in my restroom, guests shoot water at my outlet and killed it, guests dropped and broke my bluetooth speaker. I do lose floaties and pool toys a bit fast. Recently, I invested in a rolling cart to bring out a TV for movie nights from the pool. A cheaper way than a $2,000 outdoor TV. Just please do not spray water guns at it. Guests do self check ins usually. I do not use instant bookings, all reservations have to go through my pre-approval to make sure the pool is indeed ready and available. I try to stay on top of things (equipment and chemicals) but having so many thunderstorms in Texas and being shaded under three mature pine trees (they shed a lot), sometimes the pool is not at its most pristine look but I always make sure it's safe for our skin!!! And I am super proud of my hard work on its peak days.
