About the pool

The photos don’t do this justice. This is not photoshop or a movie set. This 40x18 infinity saltwater pool has a matching infinity hot tub. Deep end 10’, shallow end 3ft. Full outdoor kitchen available as a premium amenity with a gas bbq, a charcoal bbq with spit and a commercial Ice machine. Plenty of seating on modern jumbo sofas and pool lounges. The premium hot tub area has a modern fireplace that can be lit ready for you to have a drink by the fire. The pool area has a fully integrated sound system that can play your tracks via bluetooth. We keep it heated to 82 degrees. If you need 85 or even 90 please let us know and we can crank it up. Very Instagram friendly #hypehouse!. Please let us know if you would like cucumber water or towels laid out for your arrival. As we spend a lot of time getting the pool ready for people we request a 3 hour minimum.
