Cumming (exit 15) Private Pool

Beautiful, very private pool (not in neighborhood) on a 1 acre lot near Lake Lanier (Bald Ridge Marina, exit 15 off 400), surrounded by trees but still sunny most of the day. During spring and summer, gorgeous flowers are everywhere (April is hard because of pollen)! Pool has 3 ft shallow end and 10 ft deep area with diving board. Water feature makes a peaceful sound for relaxing. There are 4 cushioned chase lounges and over 8 chairs, plus a table that seats 6 located under a wisteria covered pergola. String lights surround entire pool area. Two TVs: one in a covered area with seating for 5 and one facing the pool. Gas fire pit area with 4 cushioned chairs. Bathroom is inside home, but right off the pool area (we will be home to allow home entrance). Or, will arrange for portable toilet for additional cost. Lots of parking, flat driveway! Sorry, but no large parties (max 10 people).
