Unfortunately the app doesn't allow you to share contact info in the messenger. If you are booking an event larger than 15 people you will have access to the entire home (first floor). Access to bathroom and shower is available for all bookings. Please keep in mind, we offer discounts on certain days. However, those discounts only apply to groups of 7 or less and for bookings of two hours or more. You can cannot combine multiple discounts. Only one discount per booking. We also offer additional discounts for larger parties / events booked four weeks or more in advance. Just keep in mind if you're planning to use the indoor space for cooking, hanging out/ partying there will be a cleaning fee added to your reservation. Any reservation with more than 15 will be considered an event and includes a $100 cleaning fee. * Absolutely No personal speakers. This rule is very important to follow. If you're hiring a DJ because you do not want the responsibility of curating a playlist - that's fine, but they must connect to the property's sound system. * The outdoor area includes a built-in sound system that provides music at a comfortable, enjoyable level—perfect for ambiance and conversation, but not designed for loud or amplified party-style music. We’ve created an environment where guests can relax, celebrate, and enjoy each other’s company without disruption.
