Please keep in mind, we offer discounts on certain days. However, those discounts only apply to groups of 7 or less and for bookings of two hours or more. You can cannot combine multiple discounts. Only one discount per booking. The pool is heated for free during the week for guests who book at least 12 hours in advance (no discounts applied). Access to bathroom and shower is available for all bookings. Just keep in mind if you're planning to use the indoor space for cooking, hanging out/ partying there will be a cleaning fee added to your reservation. Any reservation with more than 10 will be considered an event. $100 cleaning fee for all events with 11 to 15 people. $150 cleaning fee for all events with 16 to 30 people. $200 cleaning fee for all events with more than 30 people. * Absolutely No personal speakers. This rule is very important to follow. If you're hiring a DJ because you do not want the responsibility of curating a playlist - that's fine, but they must connect to the property's sound system. * The outdoor area includes a built-in sound system that provides music at a comfortable, enjoyable level—perfect for ambiance and conversation, but not designed for loud or amplified party-style music.
