During the winter months - the hot tub will be included in all bookings free of charge - as long as the booking is at least two hours or more at regular price (no discounts). Please keep in mind, we offer discounts on certain days. However, those discounts only apply to groups of 7 or less and for bookings of two hours or more. You can cannot combine multiple discounts. Only one discount per booking. Instant Booking is available for groups of 10 or less. All you have to do is complete your booking request and your booking will be confirmed instantly. This is a great option for people looking for a pool/property last minute or someone who just want their booking confirmed instantly. Property Includes pool and hot tub. We also have 8 6ft tables and 15 chairs free for all guests to use. We also have pool floaties and towels available for free use. Access to bathroom and shower is available for all bookings. Just keep in mind if you're planning to use the indoor space for cooking, hanging out/ partying there will be a cleaning fee added to your reservation. Any reservation with more than 10 will be considered an event. $100 cleaning fee for all events with 11 to 15 people. $150 cleaning fee for all events with 16 to 30 people. $200 cleaning fee for all events with more than 30 people. Dogs are fine for the pool as long as they do not shed too much hair. This property is perfect for breakfast, brunch, dinner, birthday parties, house parties, late night swims, wedding receptions, swimming/ pool parties, and other outdoor gatherings. This is a residential neighborhood so no personal speakers are allowed on the property to respect the neighbors. We have a sound system all guests and their DJ will be able to access. This location is suited for kids and adult who are looking to enjoy time together. No extremely loud parties.
