30 minute Swim lesson available for swimmers ages 4-100 Coach K is happy to offer basic swim skills, stroke technique or water instruction. Or discuss water safety tips and techniques to use at the beach or in the pool.

Turf Side Yard

The turf side yard has four Polywood Adirondack chairs with detachable tray tables and a Polywood dining table that seats 6. The jasmine wall, potted plants and live oak canopy create a perfect spot to gather.

Cold Plunge

Enjoy a filtered water plunge. Ice will be left in coolers next to tub to be added at your convenience. The hose next to the tub is filtered and cold if more water is needed.

Backyard is accessible through two side gates only. Parking is provided on gravel driveway next to our house. No street parking allowed. All pool users must wear bathing suits and shower before using pool-ESPECIALLY if you are sandy. Alcohol is not Allowed. Glassware NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON DECK-only on turf yard or pool house. Decks attached to house are NOT usable space. Water balloons, colored smoke & confetti NOT allowed. If you rent the Poolhouse dishes must be cleaned & put in dishwashe...
