About the home

Gorgeous Outdoor Oasis with inground salt water pool, Rustic Pavilion with fireplace, dining area, lounge, covered , bar top, sunken firepit with seating for 12-20, pickleball court and hot tub. (For 5-6) Pavilion area has seating for 17. The other side has a paver patio with 3 lounge chairs. At the end of the pool is a cozy seating area with modern firepit. Behind that is a large trellis perfect for your banner, rose wall, balloon arch etc. The Front yard can also be used for intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, parties etc. Situated under 2 charming pecan trees, the front yard lends itself to a romantic gathering below the branches covered with string lights.

This is my personal home and i take great care of my surroundings. You will appreciate the care i put into creating a beautiful space with lots of plants, seasonal decor, gardens etc. There should be No smoking or pets on property. Music should be respectful to surrounding neighbors. Nothing too heavy or loud. I will provide garbage cans and trash bags. Please put all garbage in trash. If using restroom, be sure you are dry when entering the house. Hot tub can be used year round. Pool can ...
