Elevate your pool day with a cookout! Our propane grill, located on the deck, is perfect for grilling burgers, hot dogs, or whatever you love. We provide a full set of grill utensils, so all you need to bring is your favorite food. This setup makes it easy to dine al fresco without ever leaving!

End your swim day on a warm note around our built-in fire pit, perfect for relaxing, roasting marshmallows, or enjoying late-night chats under the stars. For your convenience, we provide firewood, a fire starter, and a lighter—everything you need for an easy and enjoyable fire.

Set the vibe with your favorite tunes using our Bluetooth speaker, available for guest use during your visit. Easily connect your device and enjoy high-quality sound throughout the backyard—whether you’re relaxing on a lounge chair, grilling on the deck, or splashing in the pool.

Heated

From May through October, the pool is maintained between 84–86°F and is included in your booking at no extra cost. If you'd like to swim outside of those months, heating is available for an additional fee. Please request this in advance so we can ensure the water is warm and ready for your visit.

Make a splash with our variety of pool toys, available for guests to enjoy! From floaties to noodles, diving rings, and splash balls, there’s something for everyone—whether you're looking to relax or play. Perfect for families or friend groups who wants to add a little extra fun to their swim!

Need towels? No problem! We offer a set of 5 clean, plush towels for a flat $15 fee per booking. Perfect if you’re traveling light or planning a last-minute swim. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll have them ready for you when you arrive.
