We are pleased to announce that due to popular demand, we have increased capacity to 20 guests total (to include adults & children). We still welcome up to 2 dogs in our add-on ammenity section!
Your family & dog friendly, private stay-cation awaits at our beloved Forest Retreat! At my precious home of 28 years, we offer a 38'x18' saltwater pool with a large 1' deep shallow sunshelf & an optional (premium ammenity) 8-person hot-tub. For your convenience, the gratis ammenities include a propane gas grill (propane provided), a Big Green Egg charcoal grill/smoker (charcoal/wood chips *not provided*), clean cooler (ice *not provided*), pool floats & toys, regulation size rustic corn hole court, outdoor mini basketball, enclosed farmers porch with indoor seating, a clean porta potty/sink/changing area-all in a well manicured & fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard. Our Forest Retreat offers a very natural and private environment, geared towards family, friends, & furry fun! (2 dogs max, see premium ammenities). 1 adult 25+ per 3 children under 5 years old required. We welcome families, private parties, hang-outs, cookouts, solo-chill-days, private retreats, company-bonding, yoga retreats, sound-healings, photo/video shoots & more. If you do not care to cook-out or pot-luck, there are many food delivery options. *Maximum Guests set at 20 due to your seating comfort, insurance & parking. If you require a larger party, we apologize but we are not equipped to accommodate you.* MANY apologies, but the space is *not wheelchair nor walker accessible.* There are some minor steps entering the property & to access the porta-potty *There is no lifeguard on duty. Everything is at your own risk* We take every care to make your stay safe, most enjoyable, & work very hard to maintain the pool & yard. WE WERE BOOKED 100% of every weather-friendly weekend the past 4 Summers, so book now! There is no penalty for 2hr cancel.
