Grill Chill Sip Dip and Dance

Seating provided for 60 people, 2 six foot tables provided, 2 large coolers on patio and 1 small beverage cooler on deck provided, 2 Grills provided with one tank each, basket ball court (Bring your own ball) can be used for dancing, white partition can be decorated for photo opportunities, fire pit available for bookings ending at 10 pm and can be utilized from 8 PM - 9:30 PM with adult supervision. One Duraflame log (approximately 1.5 hour burn duration) will be provided. Rules - No Diving into pool, No standing on pool rails, A Child MUST wear protective gear the entire time while in the pool and Must be accompanied by an adult the entire time while in the swimming pool, No life Guard provided, No protective gear or floats provided. No towels provided. Pool gate must remain closed at all times. No eating or drinking while in the pool. No Excessively Loud music. No street parking after 10 PM and the driveway can only accommodate 4 Guest vehicles. No Pets Allowed. Music should be off by 9:30 pm. Guest should exit the pool at least 10 minutes prior to booking end time and everyone should leave the property by booking end time. Please ensure guest are informed of rules in advance.
