The Arroyo family is excited to share our lovely space with you and your guests! We put in a lot of effort to provide a great experience to anyone who comes to our home and to surpass expectations. We provide extras like snacks, water, bug spray, sunscreen, and 2 citranella table take great care in maintaining this space because our family uses it too! We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the base of the San Bernardino mountains. Just 10 minutes from CSUSB, the Yaamava Casino, the 210/ 215 fwys, hang gliding activities, and 30 mins to Lake Arrowhead or Riverside. Enjoy the mountain views, birds, and hangliders from our newly refinished pool and spa. Accommodations include the use of our -gazebo complete with mosquito netting -patio table for 6 -couch swing -couch seating for 4 -2 lounge chairs. Additional seating and table available For an additional fee, we have: -tiki torches -inflatable toys, -fire pit -use of our grill Guests may use our downstairs restroom. There is plenty of street parking and 1 driveway spot. Message us with any questions. More upgrades and amenities will be available soon! NOTE: We spend a lot of time (and money) in cleaning the pool and area before all reservations. To clean, we use a robot for the pool floor, skim the water surface, run a high-end filter 8 hours/daily, and professionally service weekly. Do understand that this pool is made of plaster, which has a rough texture the same as you'd find in water parks. The cement surrounding the pool has an added texture to prevent slipping. Walking or playing while wet and barefooted may result in injuries given these factors. We do encourage the use of water shoes.
